Airtel — Not getting Payment from Airtel after canceling the new connection | |||
I have taken airtel connection. I never got the connection installed. Due to bad service in the beginning, I opt to close that connection before starting. I have raise a customer call request (Request #[protected] but didn't got any response from them. My request serial number is TNPC099242. I have paid all the money in advance for 5 months i.e. Rs 7500. I am not getting my money back from airtel. After 3 weeks of follow up, this guy Surya from Okkiyam Thuraipakkam airtel office, replying from registered number airtel [protected]. Saying it will take more time. He is also not giving me any information like ticket number to take it further. I asked his manager number: [protected] My Sathish. He is also not picking my phone. I didnt get any mail regarding the resolution.
When I called the [protected] for the details, the airtel executive gave me below gmail address.
[protected]@gmail.com
The gmail address from airtel is again suspicious. Can you please confirm, that after placing new airtel connection request on your website, the executive came was authentic. And the above number given by him, is the airtel office number.
