Airtel — not getting the services which is committed

Dear sir,
When i got a call from airtel for port in, they will commited me no data charges will be applied when you see ipl matches from airtel tv. I know that only subscription is free from airtel then i will ask minimum 5 times but they continusly saying will confirmed no data charges applied when you surfing the same, if you don't trust me then ask my senior also. Now i am not geeting the service. That is the calling no, date & time when i got the call [protected], 11/04/2018, 12:44 pm.
When i called in customer care for the same the will disconnect my call (Calling time 12:15 to 12:22 am.
Please help me
Airtel making full to all customers.
Only you are my last hope.
