Airtel — Not providing a service for internet issue

I have installed Airtel Air Fiber connection on 15 the july with 100 mbps plan after checking it is giving maximum 8 mbps speed and i am not able to use anything with that. I tried to connect with airtel via airtel support also twitted on X. Airtel support created 3 tickets and on each ticket they said technician will visit my place but no one visited and they resolved that tickets. Right now i have 4th ticket created and i am taking continues follow up and they have said in 4 hours tech will visit but no one visited and airtel dont have courtesy to call affected customer to check. Its been 19 days i am facing internet connectivity issue and i have paid around 3500 and due to worst airtel service literally i wasted 19 days of service and my money as well. I literally requested to give my money back but no one is helping. They are just passing days and literally they dont have any care about customer. They only work for money.
