Airtel — Not providing Broadband connection

Sir I applied for Airtel Broadband connection on June 5 th. My installation request[protected] Paid Rs 1500 for the same through a vendor who was referred by Justdial. Even after 20 days I didnt get any updates. Today I enquired about that. They informed that they couldnot process the request and the amount will be refunded in 21 days. My concerns: 1) Why they dont have a courtesy to call and update me regarding this even after 20 days 2) If they cant provide a connection why they made me wait for 20 days 3) Why they need 21 days to refund my money Beware of Airtel and Justdial If these issues are not sorted I am planning to go to Consumer Forum regarding this issue. Till now I neither get any call from Airtel back end nor I was refunded the amount.
Worst ever service by Airtel.
Planning to lodge a Complaint in Consumer Court tomorrow.
