Airtel — not providing itemized call details for post paid customer | |||||
Hi team, My name is ahmad rehman and i have airtel mobile number in karnataka circle from last two years.in march 2017 i have changed my mobile bill plan from my corporate 399 to infinity plan 549. Last month some lady from my company had lodged a complaint in my company icc department (Internal complaint committee) and she had made an allegation that i had made calls to her/sms her. Now icc team is asking for my last 6 months itemized bill details (Of outgoing/incoming). When i have asked 121 customer care about my bill call details, they said that for infinity plan we didnot save outgoing call details for that plan users. If i will not provide my itemized bill then my company will treat me guilty. Airtel is not supporting me at all. And if anything (Job termination) happened to me then airtel will be responsible for it.
