Refer to my various e-mails. I request you to first give your personal cell number or office number but not helpline number so that i can contact and explain you further. I am the partner of maharaj n r suresh and co., chartered accountants, having head office at old no. 5 (New no. 9), 2nd lane, ii main road, trustpuram, kodambakkam, chennai – 600 24. We have obtained gst registration for practice within tamil nadu. We have not so far obtained any gst registration for other states.
I would like to explain you on gst input credit. Gst input credit would be available to the service receiver subject to the receiver providing correct gst number to service provider
(. Airtel). The onus of providing correct gst number is the responsibility of the service receiver in the present case of maharaj n r suresh and co.in case incorrect gst number is furnished by the service receiver, the receiver cannot claim input credit. Airtel is in no way liable for any loss or penalty in such cases. I do not understand that you have been asking for all unwanted details.
Already i had submitted a copy of gst registration certificate. Which is again enclosed
The 1st line of the gst registration certificate consists of gstin number. Our gst number is 33aaafc0496j1zm.
The 2nd line consists of pan number which is aaafc0496j.
The 3rd line is a legal name of our firm which is maharaj n r suresh and co.
The 4th line consists of trade name which is also maharaj n r suresh and co.
The goods & service tax department accepts the registration only when proper permanent account number (Income tax) details are furnished to them. From the gstin number, the 1st two digits of 33 represents the “code of the state of tamil nadu”. Maharaj n r suresh and co. Has its head office at chennai, tamil nadu. Hence the “code 33” is given. The next 10 characters represents pan number. The 13th digit represents the number of branches (In our case 1) “z, m” are check codes. When all the details are available in my registration certificate, i do not know the reasons for yourselves asking the same details and time and again. The company is yet raise bills but levies penalty. When pm modi says undergst input credit shuold be passed on why the company is reluctant
