Airtel — not refunding deposit taken for dth and not fixing my broadband whereas keep charging bills

I called airtel customer service to deactivate one of my airtel digital tv account as i have 2 dth standard connection on one account because of the offer airtel provided me after my first connection (My airtel digital tv connection number [protected] "001-002 ext. For both connections"). Now after i got that connection i was informed that for 99/- additional on my base pack i will be able to keep using both the connections with same channels. Within a month my connection got suspended and was informed that balance is over. I got it recharged without noticing the fault for so long. This year i realized my both connections are above 200rs specially the second connection was of rs. 275 and first one of rs. 219/- when i called their customer service today and asked them to disconnect my second connection and refund my money back they denied that they don't refund any money also they will take away the setup box they provided during the connection which was shocking also i asked him to connect me to his superior he disconnected my call. I called second time i was informed that they don't return you your deposit back and they will take away all the setup box dish if you opt for complete account closure no refunds and huge deposits. They are just fooling customers making big bucks and making their pockets heavier. Airtel must be banned from providing services. At least reliance jio is not playing with people's money and at least providing services.

Same issue with my broadband. I was paying 699/- per month for unlimited pack with 4mbps speed which was later automatically changed to 40gb per month with 2mbps speed not informed during the time they provided me the connection nor after changing it. Then they extended it to 1000gb's and my speed remaining to 2mbps and billing me with 699/- per month + taxes. I came to know through my neighbors that they were offered plan of 299 with 8mbps speed which was not even offered me and they kept charging me for next 2 months with the same amount when i called them to disconnect my connection they offered me the same plan and promised to upgrade my speed which didn't happen and my speed kept decreasing daily. When i called their customer care again they said they will raise request like last time and still no updates. After looting thousands of rupees from me they still haven't fixed any issue nor even listening to my complaints and providing fake promises through ads on tv to fool people.

On jio's sim i watch youtube all day and their data doesn't gets consumes even 50% of 1.5gb for around half day whereas on my airtel 4g sim it get's consumed complete 2gb of my data in 2 hours with 480p video quality.
