Airtel — Number always not reachable | |||
Hi I have 3 connections ([protected], [protected] & [protected]) and recently I got the 4G sim for my airtel connection.Ever since I got the 4G sim although I have all the signal but my no is always not reachable.I called in the airtel customer care on 06/09/2015 and got a lame advise to just restart my phone which I already had tried multiple times.I was also advised that this will be resolved within 4 hours and will also get a call from airtel once its done.Since then I have not got any call from airtel and the problem persists.I have been with airtel for the past 12 years and now I am looking to change my protal to other service provider.Take my feedback and don't even go for 4G sim at all it sucks big time. I have not been contacted and still facibg the problem that nobody is able to call me as when they call my number for no reason is saying not reachable...my other connection [protected] is also facing the same problem...infact when i am trying to call from either of numbers it still says not reachable...pathetic services as i am still missing all my important calls...

i am also facing the same issue on 3 separate numbers in my home.
I got these phones from some other country and probably lack 2300 MHZ bandwidth.

I have the same issue I turned my 4g network to 3 g network am able to receive calls as soon as soon I changed to 3G .problem is they find the home network place wre we use the 4g network often they try to disconnect the data usage in the place wre we use the 4g network a lot .for sake to competitive with other network they give 1 gb data which is worthless even for 250 mb sucks!!!they play to fool us make our phone dumb .. am using iPhone 6s Plus which was good in my hand set before. now they give us choice either to use 4g data or phone gets sucks if not reachable . Ridiculous!!!
M also facing d same problm al my frns n family membrs are fade up hearing nt rechabl in ma no.
The same issue is with I am not able to receive any calls and this issue is from last 3 months sometimes it works sometimes is suddenly stops it happens mainly when I change my handset.
Today I have visited Airtel Store and replaced the SIM thought might be an issue with SIM, but after the new SIM got activated the issue still persist.
I think now I need to change the service provider.
