Airtel — Number marked as inactive and Sim deactivated even though there is balance and data validity

I moved to Dubai in March 2021 and have been here since. When I arrived here I was using my Airtel mobile number which I have been using for the past 10 years and which is almost everywhere from aadhar to bank account . I recharge it for about 355 every 2½ months just so it's kept active and I can continue receiving all my updates. After about 3 months suddenly one day it went inactive even with validity and balance.
Now I can't access my accounts which is hampering a lot of things back home.
I reached out to Airtel through their official channel on twitter but all I have been receiving is promises since last 1 week.

I hope somebody somewhere starts doing their job so that common people like us are not inconvenienced for such trivial issues.
