[Resolved]  Airtel — number suspended even after cancelling the suspension request

I have been using my airtel number : [protected] since last 8 years. Today afternoon i see that my phone shows 'no service'. When i call up the customer care i get to know that my number has been suspended. Sunil patil, the customer care executive claims that i have raised a request for suspension on so and so date and he adds up saying that airtel doesn't have to intimate the customers before suspension once the request is raised. The fact is i raised a porting request last month for which the relationship team has contacted me regarding the same and i have shared my network complaints in my office and home area. They said their network team will look into it and convinced me to wait for next 4 days to be able to resolve the issue. The area i was talking about lies in a tech park where there are around 200 to 300 companies situated. And every airtel user is getting the same issue with the network. Network team calls me up on weekends to give a field visit which is my office area. That's just stupendous! So after this network team never shows up again and i receive a call from the relationship team again, saying that it's going to take one and a half month to resolve the network issue and to deal with their unreliable network for more than a month. Knowing which i had asked them to raise a suspension request after which i get a call from relationship team again asking for confirmation on the suspension. Where i had refused to suspend as my friend suggested me to port to vadafone or other networks with the same number. I clearly mentioned not to suspend and i will be porting to other network. On which the relationship team person confirmed the cancellation on the suspension and confirmed me the same. I haven't shared the porting code yet to any other network companies as i was busy with my office and stuff. Today they just go ahead and suspend the number saying that i confirmed on the suspension. Here i would like to know how the airtel actually processes the customers request? I couldn't find the relationship team's executive number from my callers list as they call from private numbers which is against any network companies policies. My brother received the call as well as i had given his number as alternate contact. When he questioned the guy on why is he calling from the private number they just disconnect abruptly. I am in a situation where i don't have any alternate number to contact or get contacted. Sunil patil said that, if i just raise a porting request they will go ahead and suspend my number without intimation. Well i want to understand how professionally airtel serves their gold customers. Also, i want to know how can you guys just go ahead and suspend when i haven't shared the porting code to any other network companies?
