Bill no.[protected]. Relationship no.[protected]. The claimed bill was only rs.1029.35. But i was collected rs.1080.00 vide receipt sl. No.835 dated[protected] at hig-64, geethika arcade, 80 feet road, annanagar, madurai-20.in the first month bill itself i. E. During connection i paid rs.50. There after i have not opted for itemised bill (Local bills). So i was not collected rs.50. Till this date. But for this bill i was forced to remit rs.50 though i have not used local calls since installation. Further i insisted for paying the bill through debit card. The staff concerned mr. Karthik refused and said that you can complaint to anybody in airtel which has embrassed me in front of others. Hence i need action at your end apart from refund of rs.50. Debit card payment was denied two times in previous two occations also. Here after i should be permitted to pay by using card.

    Jisko maine rs.2000/- me lagwaya tha jiske saath hamne 1year ke liye top up liya tha jo samay se pehle suspended kar diya gaya.
    Aur airtel digital tv customer helpline 12150 par complaint karne par hame bola gaya ki jab tak aap apne fast connection par recharge nahi karwayenge tab tak aapka secondary connection nahi chalega
    Lekin sir mujhe is tarah ki conditions mere puchne par bhi nahi batai gai.
    Jab tv suspended ho gaya toh maine helpline par complain kiya to airtel dth service apne condition mere samne rakhe.

        I have changed from postpaid to prepaid on 15/7/17 and recharged for 60 rs, my prepaid sim got activated but i didn't get any balance. Now i'm not able recharge. I have visited airtel service centre in asian business centre gulbarga, their response was very bad, mr saiprasad and mr amrut were not helpful and just ignored. This service centre in gulbarga (Karnataka state) is the worst centre staffs not doing their work properly. I want responsible seniors to take proper action against them. Please sort out my problem asap, before i switch to other network provider

        I travelled from Chennai to Bengaluru yesterday. Now I am in Bengalure.

        We have internet problem & call problem.

          and my SIM not working till
          earlier i'll get the network after the tele verifcation
          NO SERVICE is written on my mobile number.
          After my regular mail on the Airtel office
          but not given the proper reply.

            The above transactions were done by airtel application but didnt reflect for the mobile number.

              On the 4th of july 2017, i had tried to recharge the phone no [protected] twice for an amount of rupees 252 (Total of rupees 504/-) for prepaid internet, mumbai.
              However both times the times the transaction failed.
              Both the times the amount was deducted from my account.
              I have still not received the refund of the amount.
              We request you to please look into the same and arrange for the refund

              On 14th july 2017 i have recharged my airtel data pack online on airtel app .The recharge amount was Rs.147 .
              I have not get the recharge amount still.
              And in recharge history it is showing that last recharge is of Rs. 147 but not getting the amount by messaging
              I changed the ownership of my Airtel sim and it was supposed to be activated after 4 hours but it verified after 24-30 hours and right after verification the my sim went into no service mode and it's not working till now .
              My mobile no [protected] is experiencing poor data speed. it takes a lot of time for emails and photos to download, not to speak of videos which takes a lot of time to download. Kindly address this issue urgently.
              I not have net work in Airtel sim ..now a days plz claer that problem from me ..ppz

                I did mobile number portability (Mnp) of my mobile no.-[protected] from vodafone to airtel on the date[protected]. Vodafone released my no. On the date[protected], but till the date airtel network as been not displayed on -[protected]. Mnp details is as follows :-

                I lodged lots of complain in airtel help line, via the mail and phone call. But there were no response from airtel side.

                  This is to reques you to please take action against team of airtel handling land line in delhi 110006 area... Chandni chowck... My number is[protected].. Since this number alloted to my adress.. Shop number 371.. Old lajpatrai market... Every 2 days i have to make complaint fr this... I complaint directly to area manager mr rana... But no solution... As line man comes to my shop asking for probleme nd move back... Its being 2 years i am facing this probleme... Also i want to make complaint against airtel staff handeling this area.. Specially lime man nd mr rana... For misbehaving me whenever i call them for changing my line... So this is the last time i am making complaint regarding this coz if this matter does not get solved then i have only 1 option to discontinue with this number nd go for other network...

                  I am fed up with airtel services as this is getting below company level...airtel staff ...airtel services...all below standered...pathatic...of making so many complaints no action...lineman asking fr money in favour of attending complaints...all under average...
                  Mane 349 ka recharge kiye 18/06/2017 ko, mujhe per day 1gb korke mila 10/07/2017 tak, total 28 din Milne wala tha, but 11/07/2017 ko bata raha hai ki 4g handset 4g sim hona chahile.agar eye rule hai to mujhe last 23 din per day 1gb kaise mila
                  While recharge i mention mobile no as [protected] instead of [protected]. Transaction amount rs 100. Transaction id 70007981. The same done again for rs 100 and transaction id 00220085. Please reverse the amount as soon as possible
                  I can't able to make any call for other networks so kindly call me as soon as possible. My contact number is [protected].

                    I got a msg that i have been charged rs99 for international roaming, i didnt even opted for any such service. I want my amount deducted from mobile to be refunded and explanation for the amount deduction. If i was charged since i am oman eventhough i dont use the number. I use this number [protected] from more than 8 yrs. I am using this number in oman for 4 yrs i was charged before. If its something new scheme i would like to know more details abt it.

                    I have a 1gb/day plan for 70 days at ₹399/- . Now it's been a week that my data is over even after minimum use.6-7 YouTube videos of
                    I am unable to connect toll free number from my airtel prepaid number.
                    Issued resolved please delete my request for closing my Airtel prepaid number [protected]..please deleted my request.I have visited the nearest branch for my issue.
                    Automatically activating packs and loosing money from that sim. Repeatedly same things are happening even after stoping the service. One stops another pack get activating frequently. I lost more than 100 rupees by such activation.

                      Hi,
                      My sim card is of karnataka and i am currently residing in lucknow. I want to change my home circle to up east and link my aadhar card to my airtel number as government made it mandatory.
                      But the airtel store near me (I. E. 30a, mausam bag, sitapur road) is not helping with either of it. The employees there hardly address any issue and just keep telling the customers to come next day.
                      I have already visited the store 3 times since 12th of july and each time got the same response instead of any assistance.

                          This is so foolish that i am following up with airtel store and customer care from last 10-15 days about the issue which is happening in my phone that is no incoming calls and landing in phone, no help from anyone.. Seriously???
                          /if you all want the customer to change the sim than please say the same.

Without any info 57 rupees deduction from my airtel main balance why..?? Tell me with detail plz finally i back to back call in airtel customer service provider but they are not satisfy me.                               By mistake did a wrong recharge of 303 on my mobile no. [protected] from my airtel app instead of 349. Please either convert the recharge from 303 to 349 and deduct rest amount from balance or refund the 303 to my wallet in my airtel app so that I can recharge 349.                                     Airtel is cheater.
                                    Be ready to go to court by july july 21st if you do not give me promised coonnection speed.
                                    In my connection instead of 16 mbps i am getting 1/2 mbps only.
                                    Moreover every 5-6 days connection stops working completely.

                                    I raised compaint 15 times in last 1 month.
                                    And your customer care agent is just fooling me. Now it is enough.
                                    Whenever i call airtel customer care to stop my pathetic non working connection they give false promise. They should not sale plan to consumers saying 16mbps when in reality you get only 1 mbps

                                      This is to inform you that i have been charged for international roaming outgoing calls on my mobile number [protected] despite activating the international roaming pack of 30 days zone b which is supposed to give me 500 mins of free outgoing calls. Also i have complained at the customer care number 121 on 7th july, i was not provided a complaint number but was promised that the error will be rectified and a fresh bill will be mailed in 5 working days. Unfortunately, until 13th july, 2017 i did not receive any revert back from your company so i visited airtel customer care center in 14 burdawan road, alipor, kolkata to complain for the same.

                                      I would like to bring to your knowledge that i was attended by your customer care executive mr sushanto dey who after reading the bill for 15 long minutes could not even understand my problem, he couldn't even understand the bill and so he took help from other executives. They agreed to my complaint and apologised for the inconvenience caused and i was provided a complaint number 77732318 and i was promised that my problem will be solved, but with extreme disappointment i would like to inform that it has still not been solved. Also i was asked by mr sushanto dey to not pay the bill until the problem is solved.

                                      Here i would like to express that am i providing a service to your company or is your company providing me a service. I would like to port to another operator if i do not receive a compensation for the inconvenience caused.

                                        I have sent so many emails to air tel company against above, i am senior citizen. I have taken this prepaid connection in 1988/90 from airtel chakala. Andheri east three times said no sim card is change again sim card was not working properly hence i have visit airtel shantinagar, mahakali caves road, andheri east, mumbai 400093 in july 2016. They are taken my adhar card copy/photo & taken rs 30/- towards 4 g air tel sim card charges. Since it was not started hence next day i am visited there. They told me that you go to customer relation centre at andheri east chakala. After meert ms jobey she told me that this prepaid no as [protected] belongs to mr jitendra a parikh with effect from may 2008. I have shock for the same. I not informed by airtel. Even w/e from may 2008 to july 2016 period yearly basis i have done recharge of rs 6000/- hence i have demanded rs 48000/- refund to me due to against my recharge amount mr jitendra a parikh is enjoy the same. Also i have confirmed with airtel shantinagar office that they are sent my documents to airtel malad office. I have contacted by following air tel appelete authority staff as mithanshu, rupesh, pravina, ravi, ashwini, azeemuddin, chandana ([protected]). I have explain to them but they are not ready to refund my rs 48, 000/- which is done mistake by airtel staff. I have confirme with air andheri e near station that before mr jitendra a parikh (May 2008) this no is given to ms das!! I have visted to airtel vile parle east, andheri east, shanti nagar, andhei east chackala andheri east, andheri kurla road etc but they are told me that only airtel malad office can resolve the same. Even airtel staff is not visited to shantinagar. The said 4 g sim card is with me, i have sent complaint to ch, minister office. Midc police station but as of today status is same i[censored]nknown person is done offence then who will responsible? Please take action against airtel
