    Hi sir, i have port my docomo number [protected] to airtel before 1 week but before activation my 2 year doughter damage the airtel sim i called the customer care twice in every day but no buddy responding. Even i want airtel store for new sim they also not given. Please help or if not possible please port my docomo number again coz its my office use number. I am fedup too much. If possible plz call me on my wifes no [protected].

      Complaint regarding net pack validity (+91 [protected])

      Sir,

      Regretfully i would like to inform you that i had recharged my sim with ₹ 399/- on 20th june 2017 and the tariff for the said amount was as follows:-

      Unlimited std/local calls - validity 70 days (Limited to 300 minutes per week)
      Data pack 1 gb per day - validity 70 days

      After successful recharge with ₹ 399/-, i got a confirmation that the tariff is successfully applied to your mobile number and validity of the same is till 28th august 2017.

      I checked validity period of my data pack also using *125*1541# and it was confirmed by this ussd code, i. E. Data pack is valid till 28th august 2017.

      The main issue is mentioned below and it shows the disgusting services and system of airtel communication towards its customers:-

      1st issue:-

      Since the day, i recharged my mobile number, whenever i make a call, a system generated voice is being played and that voice is as follows:

      "validity of your internet pack is expired. Amount will be deducted from your main balance. Kindly recharge with a valid data pack to avail benefits of airtel internet pack. Dial 121314 for more information."

      I am always amazed to listen this voice tag, played by the best-ever telecommunication company, i. E. Airtel and couldn't identify the exact reason why they are playing this irritating tune always before connecting me to anybody.

      How can airtel company play with a customer's feeling and his/her prestige? This dedicated voice tag is stating the same clearly that customer's prestige; their embarrassing situation doesn't matter to airtel anyway and at all. I cannot even give my mobile to anybody including my family member to make a call because of this shameful voice tag which is being played by airtel without checking the validity period of my tariff and balance.

      Well, i called to airtel customer care cell, after dialing 198, on 5th july 2017, at 18:30 hours regarding this issue that why airtel voice tag is being played always whereas my validity pack and enough balance, both for data and call, are already available in my mobile. After asking this query, customer care executive told me that it's a ivr system reply, which is not a complaint and even complaint cannot be lodged for this ivr related issue.

      I told junior executive to transfer my call to senior one because his answer was not satisfactory and after a little wait, i was connected to senior executive. Surprisingly, senior executive also told me that this is an ivr response, which is not treated as a complaint and the process of lodging this type of complaint is not available at our end. I told him to connect me with the floor supervisor or appellate desk and he kept me on a hold for 4-5 minutes. After a hold of almost 4-5 minutes, senior executive told me that floor supervisor is not at his desk and he is not able to connect me to appellate desk because of some official reasons.

      A asked that senior executive about arrival time of his floor supervisor but instead of telling the things, he gave me a wrong number, stating that this number is from appellate desk and you can call them. Right now, i don't remember that particular number otherwise i would mention the same. Well, i tried that number many times but always "this is not a valid number" voice tag was being played by airtel system and after that the line was disconnected.

      I didn't try for the next time, because i was fed-up of the moderated system of airtel, so i thought instead of calling to customer care cell, i should write to the concerned division for the needful, as customer care executives were unable to resolve the error.

      Anyways, i just want to know that why airtel communication has made such a silly system where plans are not being checked by the system before playing its voice tag? Don't you think it's an irresponsible thing which airtel is doing? Can you feel the humiliation of playing a song like "your validity is not..." in front of anybody while you are sitting with some prestigious people, or valuable friends or important family members? No, airtel communication cannot feel that type of humiliation because this company has become shameless that's why they have not made any system where complaint regarding ivr system can be lodged by their customer, whereas customer is not faulty.

      Well, i just need the solution about this issue and if airtel company cannot serve their customers properly then they should play a voice tag "we are sorry to serve you better due to our downward flow of business, hence you are requested to port-out to some other telecommunication channel". Ridiculous, it's really ridiculous. Why should i face a time-consuming voice tag without any reason, can airtel answer, or they are liable to deduct balance only, not responsible to answer the queries of their customers? I think, airtel communication is not tired off serving their customer because they have earned more than enough money, instead.

      Well, sorry for my comments and even, airtel people can feel that embarrassing situation while "validity pack expired" voice tag shall be played in his/her mobile after enough balance and packs. So, solution is needed, if airtel peoples are worried about the issue and customer's satisfaction.

      2nd issue:-

      For the last 10-15 days, while i am dialing jio numbers from my airtel number, as mentioned in the subject line, an another voice tag is being played "the dialed number does not exist, kindly check the number and dial again" whereas dialed numbers are valid, active at present and being connected by some other communication channels. I want to say that while i am dialing any jio number using my vodafone number, as i am using this alternative sim, the call is being connected without any interruption.

      This problem is basically in deoghar, jharkhand. While i was at my residence, i. E.in bihar, this problem was not there. I was able to dial these jio numbers without any interruption.
      Can airtel explain why jio numbers are not being connected by airtel while valid numbers are dialed?

      I have so many disputes about my airtel number because the services or airtel are now poorer than earlier day's services. I am really getting tired of sometimes due to these types of cheap services. Anybody can be amazed to know that facts that airtel is now not providing genuine and user-friendly services, as this company was providing in the past.

      So, i need a solution that why i am not able to connect with these two numbers using my airtel sim while both the numbers are active and in use.

      3rd issue:-

      At present, i am living in deoghar, jharkhand. My locality in deoghar, jharkhand is hridya kund (Durga bari), behind barnwal dharamshala, deoghar, jharkhand.

      I am using 4g sim with 4g plan for data, i. E. 1 gb per day pack and the same is activated for 70 days, as mentioned at issue 1.

      Well, in the same flat, network fluctuation and congestion is happening so often. It's really ridiculous that in the same flat, 2g, 3g and 4g all these three networks are playing with each other. I cannot explain the exact scenario of airtel network in the area and because of this often data are lost due to broken network services. Sometimes call drops are also happen due to these worst network frequencies. Sometimes network frequency is 10%, sometimes 20% sometimes 70% or so on, it shows never networks are in its strong position.

      Can airtel provide me the specific and authenticated answer for these three queries or they are already relaxed with their services?

        Dsl[protected] airtel is resorting to unfair practices. For the past 12 days my historical data usage has been blocked, not able to view. During this past 12 days my data usage keeps dropping heavily. I am able to see only total usage. From the past few months i have nearly 80 gb o[censored]nused data at each billing cycle. This month my usage is dropping drastically though consumption is still much less than previous months. I complained to airtel but they keep putting complaint resolved and not resolving the issue.

          The mobile no is [protected]. Till 12th of july 2017 it was showing the main account balance as rs.36 and data balance 2.4 gb (Approx and the validity is till 28 th ju;y). Suddenly from the subsequent day to my surprise its shows all the balance as na. And showing a link for recharge. We are clue less on what is happenning.

          I have also charged another number [protected] using the app in my phone. The status quo is the same as in my number.

          Why should i recharge when there is balance. You should be having the details of the usage of the both numbers in your records. Act upon immediately and do the needful to resolve this issue so that the app works alright. And if you are not able to resolve it immediately extend the validity accordingly accordingly and appropriately

          It works now and hope it will continue to
          Mobile number [protected].I have changed postpaid to prepaid in airtel.after activation of aim only incoming has started.during outgoin it says " services has been terminated on this number "

          I have made 2 recharges 100 rs top up and 448 but in app its coming NA .
          But if am loggin in web portal it shows 100 rs balance but nothing about 448 recharge in transaction also.

          After 24 hrs i have contacted to customer care from other phone and they said its fine from our side.

          Even 121 is not connecting when it comes to executive contact part.

            I have recived offer for my number as 349rs having benifit of 1gb 3g/4g data and unlimited calling for 28 days. So i recharged and got 50 mb of data. I do have screen shot and message for same. Kindly refund my recharge amount or make my offer plan available.

                I have recharged my airtel digital tv set up box on 4th july amount of rs 622. But my channels are not coming/broadcasting so far.
                I called couple of times to the customer service of airtel digital tv.. Always they are saying it will be resolved within 2 hours, 4 hours, one day like that. Still issue is not resolved. Talking rudely by cs team.

                  I had made a recharge of rs.1200 to airtel postpaid number [protected] from my airtel app with login number as [protected] on 23/6/17. The money has been deducted and not been refunded back to my account. I had tried contacting customer care they are playing game postpaid-prepaid, tamil naidu-bihar. So i want refund otherwise a fir against a online theft of 1200rs.

                    I have 8 years old airtel dth connection and last some days issue in network.
                    I called to airtel call center and speak withsome one regarding said issue and she confirmed me, engineer will come 15/07/201 at your home and solve said issue.
                    On 15/07/2017 engineer come and say, he will come agin in 15 mints but till time no body come and again i had registered a complain regarding my issue.
                    Again call center person told today our engineer will come and sended me his mobile no also, but when i called him he was saying charges of 500 rs.
                    I told him agree for 500 please come but he not came.

                    Its service oprator issue how solve my problem.
                    I am paying every month charges but they ar not given me service and always false commitment.
                    Call center person told about 150 rs charges but engineer told 500 rs over call.

                      I am sunil mani, an airtel customer with mobile no. [removed] and registered email id - [protected]@hotmail.com. This post is with regard to the wrong data charges included in my current airtel bill.

                      On march 15, i received an email from gopal vittal, ceo, bharti airtel ltd. That i've received a surprise offer from airtel.in the offer, it was mentioned that if i send an sms by writing surprise and send it to 121, i shall receive 2 gb of extra data for 3 bill cycles (I. E, from 15th march to 4th april-1st bill cycle, 5th april to 4th may-2nd bill cycle and 5th may to 4th june-3rd bill cycle) free of cost. I happily subscribed for the offer and started using it thereafter.

                      Then, suddenly i got another email from gopal vittal, ceo, bharti airtel ltd. On 17th april 2017 that this surprise offer is being extended for one more bill cycle (I. E, from 5th june to 4th july). The proof of that email can be found in the screenshot below. I am also attaching a pdf copy of the email that i had received on 17th april 2017 about the extension of data services for one more bill cycle, so that it is easier for you to sort this out.

                      Once three bill cycles were over on 4th june 2017, i still kept using data services even in the 5th june to 4th july bill cycle (Referring to mr. Gopal vittal's email). Even in my airtel app, it was showing that 2gb worth of data is available in my phone in the 5th june to 4th july bill cycle. After, 15 days of the same bill cycle (May be around 22nd june), i realised (From my airtel app only) that i am being charged for data services. I suddenly stopped using data services and waited for my bill to come. Now, this month my bill is rs. 1732. Bill generating staff completely ignored the email sent to me on 17th april 2017 and charged me so heavily for data services. This is ridiculous. Why was i charged for data services when i wasn't supposed to be?

                      I even reported this issue to your call centre customer care. Even after waiting for 4 to 5 days, they came to the conclusion that my bill is valid and data services were there only till 4th june 2017. This is completely frustrating and highly disappointing to know that a big and reputed company like airtel lacks basic coordination. Because of this lack of coordination, customers like i have to suffer (By calling you again and again and writing long emails). Kindly scroll through the emails that your ceo sent to me in last few months and then waive off this bill (Of data usage worth rs. 1327.80). Otherwise, i'll not pay my bill and report this case immediately to the consumer forum.

                      Hoping for a positive response as soon as possible in the next few hours. Otherwise, i'll have to take some tough steps by posting this issue on social media and also reporting this to the higher legal authorities.

                      On april 17, i received an email from Customer Care Airtel. That i've received a surprise offer from airtel.in the offer, it was mentioned that if i send an sms by writing surprise and send it to 121, i shall receive 2 gb of extra data for 3 bill cycles (I. E, from 15th march to 4th april-1st bill cycle, 5th april to 4th may-2nd bill cycle and 5th may to 4th june-3rd bill cycle) free of cost. I happily subscribed for the offer and started using it thereafter. I received the e bill on july 9 from Custmer Care for mob no [protected] of Rs 6474/- out of which Rs 5396.82 are charged for 1756.78mb data. This data is out of Free 2GB data under SURPRISE OFFER.In SMS it was stated Free data is valid with your current plan and boosters. So it is highly objectionable from a company like AIRTEL to charge 20 times to a free data when it is competing with Company like Jio. I therefore request you to refund the wrong charge, which has eaten my 25% salary as this is Company Trident Ltd provided sim.Waiting for an early action orI shall be compelled to take further step.Kindly tell the way to get rid of such OFFERS so that me and like my friends dont suffer.                             I did not get 10 gb data i got from monsoon offer. When i checked i get message that 0 gb is available out of 10gb. I complained so many times in airtel but all of them closed without informing and conforming with me. Why do airtel close all complaints without conforming from customer.

                            I have been callin airtel for more than 2 weeks and everytime time they dont admit their mistake and talk rudely.

                            I just got a call from Airtel and the person did not tell me his name and asked me to deposit 50Rs online challan and gave me no reason for this. When I asked the person to tell me the reason first he disconnected the call.

                              I have requested to port my airtel postpaid number from delhi to bangalore, my old sim stop working on 5th and today is 16 and i am calling dial to customer care and no support no call back no proper answer to my call and i have waited more that 3 hours on hold and no support have been provided.

                                  I am from, alapakkam, new perungalathur chennai-63. Currently i'm working as network consultant in cisco system india pvt ltd chennai.
                                  Actually, i did request via web portal for new airtel broadband land line connection. I got a daily call on last week from airtel sales people and finally concluded the locality feasibility is not there on my location. Suggested to go for other option where i was not interested.
                                  At this juncture, i got a call from ms divya ([protected]) from airtel santhome chennai on 8th july 2017. She proclaimed that, she can provide the airtel 4g hotpot where you got speed of21 mbps.
                                  She challenged me that you would get a speed of bare minimum 10 mbps even though i explained my locality nearer to tambaram airbase.

                                  She insisted me to take the new 4g hotpot connection and pay rs 1900 for new connection. Divya suggested me to take a connection and check one or two days on your home. If incase it is not satisfied, she said, she could revert the connection and refund the amount. However i already told to her over the phone that i'm using airtel 4g prepaid mobile where the data speed is very less (Approx max 4mbps). Divya said that the 4g hotpspot connection getting prioritizes over the network.

                                  With all her promise and hope the airtel provide me the better speed compare to my airtel mobile data connection, i paid rs 1900 and got the instrument on 8th july 2017. Divya shared the her phone number ([protected]) on the same day.. Unfortunately the new 4g hotspot not getting more speed than my airtel mobile data connection. Called divya again on 10th july 2017 and requested to take the connection back as i'm not satisfied on it.
                                  From 11th july, divya not picking my call. So i don't have any other go, other than written down you.. Can you help me on this move forward.

Then i again complaint but no response, i call every day but customer care staff not give proper answer and till date not solve my problem, already 20days passed what i will do now please let me know and now i want my rs.500+mental harassment charges rs. 1000 + my mobile calls bill charges rs.500+ two days take leave office charges rs. 3000= total rs. 5000, if refuse to take any action i will lodge complaint in local police station against airtel dth for cheating with me.

                                        I uses post paid connection and got a bill of 1670 last month. The bill has errors and faults that i have notified the concerned person over the voice call. The person promised to reduce/adjust the charges in the next bill. However this has not happened and i got my usual bill. Please look into the matter. I have two child numbers connected to this plan as well.
