    1st. Network is so pathetic, only 15% of the day you would get Network

    2nd. Internet is so pathetic that you would cry why you have taken this plan. Forget about 4G, you can hardly get the speed of 3G.

    So definitely its unlimited offer...Unlimited Frustration Offer.

    AIRTEL IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS...I REALLY MISS THE GENUINE AIRTEL NETWORK WHEN I WAS A PROUD CUSTOMER. THIS IS PERHAPS THE LAST MONTH I am using this SIM.

      I had an issue with internet speed and call forwarding hence i tried to reach customer service around midnight on 13th july 2017 i was connected to rep but i could guess that someone had picked the phone and kept on mute. I tried calling at around 03:09 am this time i was connected again but no body responded and yes i could hear the background noise with people laughing and talking but not responding to my call. 3rd time with same story. Now company like airtel with these kind of service it seems such a cheap company to deal with. This is not just first time i have come across these incident.

        I gave my iphone for repairing in "airtel secure". A guy came yesterday to take my phone and since he took my phone, he has misused it badly. He has accessed through my gmail, facebook, ola cabs, instagram, photos, and everything. I've been charged money by ola cabs for his continuous 4 times use through my account. When i raised complaint, the ticket was closed without any call. My privacy is in danger and there's no action been taken from more than 8 hours till now (My phone was taken at 9 o'clock in the morning yesterday and i raised the complaint for misuse at 5 o'clock today).

        The manager of that person who misused my phone is iftehar and his number is [protected]. When i'm calling him, he's asking me to drop the matter and forget that anything of such has happened.

        I need to be answered for all this and i want an immediate action to be taken against the agent who has misused my phone.

        Hi Karishma,

        Thanks for looking into this. I asked for my phone back from that person "Iftehar" but he denied to send my phone back. I don't have any idea that currently where my phone is. He is openly telling me to drop this matter as that will impact his image in business. How is his image more important than how badly my phone was been used? These people have accessed each and every application in my phone. I have no idea that how he opened my phone and accessed through everything and misused it. Most concerning is that I don't know if they are still misusing my phone or is it in safe hands now.

        In my other complaint, the Airtel customer care said that it's not their part to look into this issue and he closed the case. Can I ask that how is it not your part of concern? How can you hire these kind of companies or people who are misusing the phones? I've been charged with money by Ola company and I don't know what else he has used in that. Phone is very private property of a person and this is how my trust was being broken!

        Iftehar is not even giving the current status of my phone and he's just playing around! This is highest level of intolerance. The phone is my property and not theirs. They are using it in every way possible. Using OLA, reading all my mails, using my facebook, instagram, and all the other social networking account, my account, my money, my photos, and everything.

        This person tells me "madam you are not trusting us at all". How would I trust someone after they have done all this with my phone? He's behaving very unprofessional and taking all this matter very easy and he's not even caring that my privacy was invaded to the highest extent.

        Can you please take a serious action against Iftehar and the person who has misused my phone?
        I'm still disappointed with the way airtel customer care initially handles this case when I filed a report in airtel's website. Look into the resolution that you provide. Not all the time "Madam, I'll get back to you after 48 hours" works! First there was no one to take my phone for repairing from Airtel for more than 1 and half months and then when taken, a guy from "One Assist" was using it without any shame.

        Please look into the service that you provide. Not everyone has the patience to keep tolerating this kind of "taking it light" behavior all the time. We are the consumers. Try to provide best service or at least try to provide a decent solutions when someone is irate and calls up for help.

        Whenever I call Airtel Customer care, after 15 minutes of holding the call, the customer care people say that "Madam, I don't have much knowledge, I get back to you in 48 hours" or "Madam I've told this to my senior and I'll get back to you in 48 hours" or "I'm raising a request and I'll get back to you in 48 hours". And weeks passes by but that "48 hours" never comes!

          Hi. I have been a customer for airtel for past 6 year and in fact my whole family. I was very upset to realise that when i changed my pre paid to post paid my call quality would decrease.
          There is no clarity. There are random disturbances. And there are annoying gaps and i can't get the grasp of what the other person is talking about.
          What's the point of giving packs such as unlimited calling and stuff if you can't provide the quality.

            I want to transfer the ownership of my airtel number to my mother who resides at the same address. I am told by airtel customer care that only option to do it is to convert the number to postpaid number. I have a balance of more than 3000 on my prepaid number. I am told that that balance will be forfeited. Is there not a easier and user friendly way to retain the number in prepaid and only change the ownership of the account to my mother.

              Hi, this is karthik, two complaints already raised with reference to [protected]. Today 13 jul 2017, received call from customer care to my dad, stating that unable to view the details of that number. Yes that was the issue, but why she didn't provide any proper solution for the issue. My number is deactivated with out any information and when we requested in airtel store they said they can do only if my presence is available. Iam in abroad and i cannot be there to get sim active. That's the reason i was hunting for the solution.
              I have contacted everybody and there s no proper solution for it. Now they telling that my number is not in their directory unable to view records. Is this my problem? You guys made my parents and my feyonce to roam to different airtel store. But no wr they get proper solution. Seriously this is. Completely stupid network. No body respond prop, i can't get my own number which is insane. I need my same number [protected] and ready to do anything. Even ready to change it to postpaid. Don ever say nothing can b be done plz.
              If any one can help to resolve this issue. Please do provide the solution.

              As requested by the customer care representative, my father visited the near by airtel showroom and they accepted that it's there mistake. They have enquired the number in postpaid record. That's the reason, number was not in their record.
              Now the issue is fixed, they have provided with same number.

                Is airtel dongle doesnot support any other sim in dongle how to unlock its lock to work all sims in that dongle can help to unlock. Huwaei e173bu-1 its model number.                   I applied for mnp on 3rd july 2017 from bsnl to airtel. Airtel customer service person told 7 days to port but porting happened on 9th day. After that there was no incoming and only outgoing. I complained about the same and there is no reply from airtel. Now my network itself is lost that i'm not able to make outgoing also.

                    Sir,
                    I have upgraded my old airtel sim to new 4g airtel sim from the airtel store, and there they offered me with free 4g data for a month.
                    Now, i have upgraded to new 4g sim but there was no data. Even after contacting 198, they responded unsatisfactory. As per 198 the offer is not available for me.
                    Kindly look into the matter and stop airtel making false advertisement.

                        I have ported my number [protected] from tata docomo to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am not able take important calls and it is getting really frustrating.

                        Your associates are not providing any solution and all they keep saying is the database is not updated though sim is activated.
                        Please take the quickest action possible.

                          Hi, my sim was damaged on one morning with no reason and i was forced to change the sim, which i got it changed with 25 charges for same on 10/07/2017 and the story begins, it was promised for activation with in 4 hours and i am touch with all difference customer care specialist (So called by airtel but which they are not), difference floor supervisors (Good only to do floor job) and different managers (Which not even single was worth it to be spoken for, as each one is useless), all of them shared wrong information about the whole subject. Its 13/07/2017 yet my sim is not activated and i am not able to understand whom to be spoken for and whom are we suppose to be in touch with, as all the above specified ppl are asking to wait for 4 hours and then we cannot reach them its different person and its fresh 4 hours with him again.
                          I am not able understand its the problem with the airtel or employees of airtel, or whole of airtel is working like this. They have no value for customer time, there words, there money.
                          If any responsible person is reading is message request to work it you r responsible or get lost, i think u ppl know only to write on newpapers about promise for postpaid and never keepup your promise.

                                This company give 1 day less validity on ever advance recharge (I. E. On top-up). Not showing validity on airtel site, only show balance, nobody check own validity, everyone check only balance.
                                If you calculate your validity before and after recharge with your balance. You must find difference for 1 day less validity on ever top-up. 4 top-up in a month means you get 4 days less validity.
                                Example : if monthly rent 399, means 13.30 per day charge.

                                They cut-out per day charge every morning 12.01am

                                  My self saurabh mishra and i am airtel user since 1 month before i was using vodafone network. People suggest me airtrl for better network but there is worst and pathetic network on the ghaziabaad u. P.

                                  For specially ghaziabaad (Uttar pradesh) people don't choose this network because when you choose this network you are not able to book any single internet things.

                                  I am also following up the customer care of airtel since 15 days and they daily tell me your query resolve in 14th july but still there is not any progress.
                                  Also i connect the airtel nodalofficer for the same and i got i surprise from them she says it will take again 45 days more due to tower maintenance

                                  Hahaha lol great job airtel i am paying my monthly rental and all the bills but still i am unable to use my data and most of time my network showing busy when someones call me.

                                    The amount equal to 399 have been deducted from my account twice but no recharge was done, it stated failed but my account has been deducted with 399 twice.
                                    I would like you to refund the amount ( 399 + 399 ) Asap please . It's been more that 10-12 days .
