On aug 30th 2025 I have called airtel customer I have raised complaint regarding remote not working.they registered complaint. But no profession . Every day I am calling twice a time . Every time they are telling we will resolve issue with in 2 our you will from technical team and they sort out issue .. but they won't resolve still.
Airtel black plan wifi and dth post paid I paid 3 month money advance . They are telling not able to refund money. Could please help to get refund as they unable to resolve my issue from past 2 weeks more. I am unable to use services still they are charging on me. They kept more mental strain and multiple followup still issue not resolved
