Airtel — online recharge failed: but amount debited twice from bank account | |||
For my new Airtel SIM (Ph: [protected]), I went ahead with online recharge of Rs 249. When first time the Airtel gave a message "Sorry! Recharge was unsuccessful", I went ahead and re-did the transaction. It gave a failure message again. I now see from my ICICI bank account that Rs 249 has been debited twice. I am thoroughly disappointed with Airtel service. I am requesting Airtel to refund me the second time amount and recharge my cell with Rs.249 package.
