Airtel — Online recharge failed but money debited, and CCAvenue says that it was forwarded to Airtel | |
I initiated an online recharge today (14th Apr 2021) at around 12:45 PM, for Rs. 2698. Transaction ID is[protected]. The transaction was reported as failed - probably due to script blocker in my browser - but the amount was debited from by account, but recharge was not done. I looked up the transaction status in pay.airtel.in/online-payments/transactionSearch.jsp - it claimed that the transaction was cancelled. I contacted CCAvenue - they checked it and found that the transaction has been successfully processed through CCAvenue and forwarded to the merchant (Airtel). Can you please revert the transaction, or provide the recharge? Was this information helpful? | |
