[Resolved] Airtel — Online recharge fails every time | |||||
I had ported my number from docomo to airtel a couple of months back. After that, i used to recharge via paytm and airtel app, as i mainly use 4g packs from airtel. Since may 2017, i cannot recharge online anymore. I tried every pack, from rs. 14 to 496, different payment methods, and every recharge fails via airtel app/website. When i try to recharge via paytm, airtel doesn't confirm my recharge at all and i get refunded everytime. Please look at this nuisance, it is causing me significant issues for i live in a remote area where there are no physical recharge shops nearby and airtel is my primary number.
