Airtel — order in silent mode | |
I placed an order for iPhoneX 64GB Space Grey on 23 Jun 2018. I was excited and was waiting to receive the new phone. As a first step, Airtel said SIM card would be delivered followed by iPhoneX, but I didnt receive the SIM for a week. Called Support and only reply is that it would be delivered soon. Approached airtel website, the support feature is not user friendly and extremely worse which doesnt have an selection path for my issue and didnt have an option to accept custom queries from customers. After 3-4 weeks, I received a call from Airtel network shop stating that SIM card is ready to delivered, that should have been delivered in 3-4 days. I wasnt interested due to delay and lack of support from Airtel. I then had to cancel the order, I did on 14 Aug, till now the refund hasnt been initiated. Very much affected due to the extremely poor service from Airtel. Airtel never bothered to call me on primary/secondary/aadhar phone nor sent an email or post. I have a broadband, a mobile service and dish tv from Airtel, i am really worried that with all these communication service that I have with Airtel was not able to reach me.
