Myself is Nanhi Devi h.n.- 128 Village Rajpur Vimauri PS- Rajpur Distt- Varanasi U.P. s an user for Airtel Prepaid. My No. is [protected]. I want following my call log history for month of February 2017 to till date . which is very-very compulsory for me. sir if you will provide me the same i will be very thankful and oblige for you.
So kindly send my call history in my e-mail as mention above or ([protected]@gmail.com)

Airtel Customer Care's response Dear Nanhi,

This is with reference to your post dated 7 April 2017.

Please SMS “EPREBILL <Month Name> Email id” To 121 to get the bill with outgoing call details on your E-mail id.

However, incoming call details cannot be provided due to unavailability of the same with us.
