Airtel — Outgoing blocked [protected]

My outgoing blocked for the past 10days when enquired with customer care they said that they received complaint against my number on 29th july and request me to share my call history. I shared my call history and there is no outgoing calls apart from my contact list and there is no unanimous calls on that day. They are also not sharing the complaint details to me.As i am working in a Banking sector without having outgoing calls iam very much depressed. I need my compensation for that
