Airtel — outgoing calls from your mobile number is temporarily suspended

When I tried to call any number from my Airtel mobile it says that Outgoing calls from Airtel mobile are temporarily suspended even though I recharged online 399 plan, when I tried to reach out Airtel Customer care on 121 and 198 Im getting the same message as well.

I'm approaching Consumer court for this issue.
