I have left a home in bangalore and moved to a new location. The bangalore place has broadband registered on my mail and phone. All, i want to do is either disconnect the connection or move it to new details so that billing details can not reach me anyhow.
But with airtel why is it not easy?

I am working as branch manager in the new india assurance co. Ltd., at shoranur: 679 121 (Kerala). For the past two weeks, customers, agents, friends & relatives are complaining that they are not able to contact me over phone. Most of the time, they will hear that my phone is out of coverage area.

What is the reason? But my mobile phone indicates full tower location in office. If the problem continues, i will port my number...

I am using airtel network for prepaid phone. I am not getting good network in our area (Padi puthu nagar). We already have other networks which is providing good mobile network/signal. I don't want to switch my number to other network until you force me to do so. Hope you will help to get good customers in our area and solve the network/signal issue....

I have converted my mobile number form postpaid to prepaid in the month of August. I tried to recharge in online but it showing some errors. I tried in Paytm, Freecharge, Airtel app also.

I have done several recharges (499, 100) through local vendors.

Still now also i am Unable to recharge in online.

I have raised several complaints but they did not solve it....

I'm observing that since last few days some websites like cyberpassion.com, stackoverflow.com and few other websites that I visit the most are not accessible from my airtel number many times during daytime.

These websites are accessible from Jio and Idea network during the same time. I'm very must sure that Airtel's internal filtering is causing this disruption. IP blocking is not an issue.

I went to an outlet in kanhangad in kerala and they asked for 300 rs for porting and i told that i dont need frc i will do it they behaved in rude manner and asked for the money to do the service and they told they dont want customer in airtel they behaved like we are beggers who is asking for money. I visited airtel store on 25/11/2019 located at bittan market bhopal, where i asked to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid plan
The executive asked me to pay due amount of rs 270 to change to prepaid.

I tried to change my broadband plan from myairtel app on 12th october and it requested me to pay 1566.26 extra for the plan change. I tried paying it using my hdfc debit card.
