Airtel — Outgoing calls not working on international prepaid pack | |
I am currently in USA. I have done my recharge of 3997 which offers me 500 mins outgoing, incoming free and 5GB internet. The rest is working but I am unable to use 500 mins outgoing facility. I tried to reach customer care and also my parents who live in india went to airtel store about this issue. The complaint was registered but I am unable to get any help from airtel.
