[Resolved] Airtel — Outgoing incoming not working entire day. Worst customer service | |||
My postpaid number is [protected]. My outgoing and incoming is not working since morning. Called customer care but they keep talking about services I'm not interested in. Can't get through a person whom I can tell my problems. It just gets transferred from one service to another. Waited 15 minutes for customer care person to pick up but only kept getting automated 'Please hold' messages. Trying since morning and not a single person has addressed my issue. Otherwise they keep calling all day and disturb with their irrelevant services. But when you need them they are nowhere around. I had a lot of work over the phone today and had to borrow others phone to get it done. They just stopped the service randomly although all bills have been paid. I would advice all of you not to buy Airtel postpaid. It's the worst service you'll get. Also they make a lot of mistakes in their bill. I'm going tomorrow to port my number to Vodafone or Idea. I've had enough of this from Airtel. They have taken their customers for granted. Anyway I don't think it will matter to them if they lose a customer. But I've lost faith. My Internet connection is also Airtel and I will be deactivating that as well. Urge you guys to think before you take up any Airtel service. They will frustrate the hell out of you.
