Airtel — pathetic service I've ever seen in my life ......

im writing this mail regarding to the network issue, as ive already called to the customer care executive 3rd time even then my problem have not sorted yet

1. as i was using 3g hand set, so the 3g network is really pathetic than aircel at speed of 20 kbs ?? what is this. i ported my no from aircel to airtel thought that it provide the best network as it claim the fastest network. but to be honest the network is really worst than aircel .

2. after upgrading to a 4g handset, still im not enjoying the 4g network as i search the network operator which doesn't show me 4g network in airtel. when asked to executive abt this he says that in indoor it not available, but outdoor its available.. come on really, what pathetic people have airtel have appointed to assist customer, who dont even know basics knowledge of wireless network...

3. after getting very frustrated im writing this mail to know whether a metropolitan city like Bangalore doesn't have 4g network or ive been fooled by airtel by telling to wait for 24 to 72 hrs, so as you can guess what kind of service am i getting . if my issue are not resolved please reply me back, and ill port to jio as it is real better than pathetic network as of airtel.

4. when issue are not sorted by executive, i ask some superior name or his/her contact refference. Really i was a very [censored]g rudely responded by customer executive, which made me to write this mail... hope ill never ever use it service and i advise other people to go for other nerwork than ANNOYING AIRTEL.

There a way when customer are not treated well by the executive, some superior have to look it and response but im very disappointed in the rude response by a executive raising her voice like im been a executive and her being a customer...
