Airtel Payment Bank — airtel money blocked from last 3 months | |||
Case id 665125, 699074, 704272 Never seen such a poor customer service in my whole life such a bad experience so far They have blocked 19000 inr which i have added 3 months back to the payments bank.. And still they are keeping with them.. When i call them for reason of blocking my money.. They asked for my aadhar card copy to defreeze my money.. Which i have sent them When i requested to unblock my account they comes with another reason that i have sent my bank statment to show that transction.. I emailed them that also.. When i have requested again.. They comes with new reason that i have to visit nearest airtel retailer with original docement and need to give 100 inr I did that also now i am emailing them to unblock my money of 19100.. They are coming with another reason that i have to sent bank statment and proof of identity.. I am just running out of patience.. When i am emailing them that these things i have already sent and i have visited your own airtel store with original docements.. They are just blank and sending the same email again and again.. When i am calling customer care they are disconnecting my call and no call back Kindly get my complain resolved so that i can discontinue my services with this brainless company and use better company like paytm or jio Thanks Ravinder Was this information helpful? | |||
