Sir I ordered fastag from airtel on 23 december But still I did not get any update regarding my fastag My airtel no. [protected] Vehicle MP18T1223 They gave a no. 400 to call but it's an automated system and I did not get proper solution Kindly help me on this As fastag is compulsary from 1st jan Or ask them to refund money so I may buy another fastag

Airtel is not giving proper details of fastag
And the date when will they deliver
