Airtel — Payment deducted but service not activated

My airtel mobile no. is [protected], registered name Pawan Jaiswal.

I did recharge of 195₹ on 26-Jun-2025 from airtel website paid via UPI and transaction I'd is T2506260946054813741711.

My issue is payment deducted but recharge was not done and I am not able to use mobile data. I also registered service request in airtel thanks app earlier but issue was not resolved and request is closed without resolving my problem.
