[Resolved]  Airtel — Payment made for broadband but not showing in airtel (even payment confirmed by bank )

I have made the payment of rs. 588 using Google Pay on 2nd May @10:47 am.but the airtel app is not showing any payment. and Airtel customercare team closed my complaint 3 times stating that its not received.

Whereas my bank confirmed that payment successfully credited on beneficiary account on 2nd may itself. Kindly refer attached screenshots for same confirmation.

I am facing similar issue with my prepaid. They always delete our complaints and never take any action.
Same here bro. They deducted money from my account on 3rd june and said we dont received your money
