Airtel — payment not posted & network issue | |||
I am taking follow up from last 3-4 months for the network issue and even my services are disconnected on daily basis as i am fed up so i am not doing the payments because of pathetuc service being offered by the airtel inspite of paying regularly on time and a big amount. Today again my services has been barred without any reason. When i has checked it from the airtel office and they told me that services are barred due to non payment. As per airtel my due amount is 1010/-. When i have checked the last payment history i found that my two payments are not updated in your system. Due to fault at your end i am suffering a lot and even no one is interested to resolve my issue. I am attached the snapshot of the payments made by end from paytm wallet with the truncation id, s Hope will get any resolution and resume my services as i have already have a big loss due to your services.
