Hell sir my self madhup tiwari i am using airtel number from 8 years i am feeling not good with the service of airtel i wanted to change my post paid number in prepaid i have made payment from icici bank credit card for amt 575 with transaction number 119404 on date 3/6/2017 airtel staff laxmi nagar branch said to me payment still not received my new prepaid not working on i ready to may for payment but on sunday staff said to me it is not possible to pay on sunday bcoz payment will be stuck then i have paid on monday off amount 445 but still number is not working i am very very frustrated plz help in this matter regards.
