[Resolved] Airtel — Payment received for broadband from airtel, but there is no records in airtel database for my payment | |||||
Have opted for airtel broadband fibernet connection on 28/02/2017 They took nearly one month to process it, subsequently i received call from the customer executive enquiring about the address and contact information.I have been informed that your airtel executive will collect the advanced rental amount of Rs. 2100 on 26/03/2017 (Sunday), the same amount has been paid and received the airtel bill as well. Also i have received a message from AD-AFIBER via my mobile as "Thanks for your interest in AIRTEL FIBER BROADBAND, please call us for any support. Call[protected]" My complaint (AIRTEL) and the reference number is 80654918 The executive information has been provided below: Name: Raja Mobile number: [protected] Exec. Code:[protected] Airtel Receipt CAF NO: TNPC2872 Airtel Receipt Bill NO: 8272 New connection is not received yet and if I enquired AIRTEL customer care, there are saying previous AIRTEL employee has hacked "AIRTEL" network and stole the datas.
