Airtel Payments Bank — Deactivation of Fastag linked to TS04EX5245, issued by airtel payments bank | |
Dear Sir I was using Airtel Payments bank issued Fastag for my Vehicle No.TS04EX5245. As I am person with disability I got exempted Fastag from NHAI. Then I requested the Airtel payments bank to deactivate my Fastag and they did it. But in NPCI portal it is showing as “inactive. please recharge your tag with UPI” for Airtel Fastag and active for NHAI exempted Fastag. I have attached screen shot of the same .But i when enter the toll plaza my active exempted Fastag is showing as block listed. I contacted Airtel Payments Bank customer care and their email but they say from their end they have successfully deactivated the Fastag.
