Airtel Payments Bank — Fastag Deactivated of 2 Cars | |||
I had taken Fastag in the month of Jan 2021 Recharged twice for Fastag for my two cars, Yesterday the Airtel Payments Banks sent a message stating 2 Cars Fastag deactivated without any prior intimation, since I have not sent any email or voice CALL TO deactivate the service. Airtel Payments Banks said amount refunded to Wallet but it should be transferred to Bank account not the wallet. Today one of Escalting Officer from Airtel Payments Bank Officer used unProfessional language as ### and raises his voice in top tone. As CUSTOMER care he should have patience and should solve the issue rather speaking Felthy language and I request Airtel Payments Bank to give a compensation of Rs. 1, 50, 000 for using Felthy Language.
