I recharged my AIRTEL Broadband fibre with 589 on 19 Dec 2021 using Airtel Thanks App through Upi, transaction was successful but recharge was unsuccessful and amount deducted from my account.
On 21 again i recharged with 589 same happened.
I talked to airtel customer care they told me that "you have used our app for recharge as gateway so we cant help, you have to talk to your bank" then I talked to Paytm customer care he told me that transaction was successful from our side, you have to talk to merchant.
I don't who is cheating and who is responsible for that but I need my money back otherwise these two companies gonna be in big trouble
Lastly I wanna request Consumer Complaint Helpline to please resolve this issue as soon as possible it has been 7 days still i haven't got any solution. I talked to Airtel, Paytm and paytm Nodal officer and had sent a bunch of emails to these companies still I am helpless :(
