I opted for 399 plan this morning. (Unlimited calls with 1 GB usage per day valid up to 70 days)
The amount is debited from my account, however the Airtel balance is still showing 0.
Tried 3 times to reach customer care (121). I was unsuccessful.

I’m using iPhone 7 and despite using a 4g handset I’m not able to use internet at a good speed. I feel very irritated at all times. Even in a metro city like Bangalore it’s happening. In your ads you post that you get full Tower in Himalayas ! Clearly cheating consumers.

Since November i am facing too much of signal problem that i could not even make a call from my cell at home.
I have complained several time on customer care no but i am still not setisfied with their steps
Kindly consider my problem and resolve it as earliest as possible

my 4g services turn 'e' when i enter pantnagar university
