[Resolved] Airtel — Plan given by your franchise | |||
Your franchise representative called me and given me one plan. My existing plan was under Tata Docomo. My plan was family plan under Tata Docomo with Rs 999 and 3000 minutes by all. Also 1000 sms and 1 Gb data free. Your representative telephonically called me and suggests the better plan which includes Rs 999 monthly bills which includes 5 phones on sharing basis. He then asks for the add on card charges which i refuses as it would increase additional charges than the current plan. So he told me that inclusive of all in the same plan he will give me 3000 local and STD minute and 11GB 4G data in all. He asked for the documents on whats app for portal . As he confirms the scheme i forwarded the documents soft copy on whats app. After getting PORT he reverts and said such scheme is not available. So it is a loss for me unnecessary. I request you to look into the matter.
