[Resolved]  Airtel — Plan not change, bill and waiver.. Mentally harassment

My name is sumit chaudhary.. I live in meerut (Up).. My airtel postpaid number is [protected] which is on my mom name (Urmila devi)... The issue is - 4 month before my monthly plan was 149rs... I was change my monthly plan to 545rs with 1000rs internet booster... Then after using one month i visit to nearest airtel store for regarding changing my plan again to 149rs.. Because i don't like 545rs plan... Then airtel store employee said that i'm sending a mail to airtel regarding your plan change request and your plan will be changed in within 24 hours... Then after one month my bill was generated and which is 1800rs... I was shocked still my plan has not been changed... Then i again visit to same airtel store for regarding this issue... I ask them for this issue... They said your plan still not changed we are tried and send email regarding your plan change request but we don't know why your plan has not been changed... They said wait for 2-3 days again we are trying to change your plan... I left from there and starting to wait... Again next month bill has generated and which is again 1800rs... Now total bill is 3600rs.. Now again i'm surprise.. I'm only using this number for incoming call and why they not changing my plan... What to do... Then i again visit to the airtel store... Then they said your plan has not been changing to 149rs monthly plan.. We send so many email to the company regarding your plan change issue but there is no reply from the airtel company we are sorry... You have to pay your bill which is 3600rs... Now you have to pay 2600rs and we will give you waiver of 1000rs... Than i paid 2600rs to the store.. They said your bill has been paid now definitely your plan has been change to 149rs per month for sure... Then i decided to port my airtel number to vodafone... I port my sim to vodafone but its not be port... I call vodafone regarding this port issue and they said this issue not from our side its from airtel side because you have 1000rs outstanding bill amount which is not paid by you to the airtel... Now again i'm shocked and i was call to airtel customer care n they said your 1000rs waiver still not giving you.. We don't know why... Please visit to nearest airtel store... I visit 4th time to airtel store again airtel store employee said we don't know why again and again this kind of issue happening with you.. We are extremely sorry for this.. Store employee said please contact to airtel customer care and registered your complaint against this issue.. They will definitely solve your problem.. I did so many calls to airtel customer care and registered so many complaints from the last month.. But they are not listening to me... My problem is still here... I'm mentally harassed by this company... Now my current bills has been generated which is 545 rupees... Now total bill is 1545 rs... What to do now... They are not changing my plan from the last 3 months... They are not give me the waiver of 1000rs which is they promised me... Now they send me another bill... Sir please help me... Its my humble request to you... Kindly provide me waiver of 1000rs from the airtel company and change my plan to 149rs or if they are not changing my plan then remove my outstanding bill amount i want to port my number to vodafone...

Please help me as soon as possible... Its my humble request..
