[Resolved] Airtel — Poor network at my office location | |||||
I have ported my no. from Vodafone to Airtel in Nov 2016, after porting i am facing network problem during call. I had raised complaint no. of times on 198 and even the network team visited, they also said that this area has network issues and raised this issue to higher authorities, but no solution yet . I am paying bill every month but it is useless for me as i am just wasting my money, if i refuse to pay they barred my outgoing calls. I just cant close my this no. because it was mentioned in my all documents. Kindly take proper action against this, as i was getting cheated continuously by Airtel on the name of service.
