[Resolved] Airtel — Poor service | |||||
Am using airtel broadband connection for last six years, recently I hve shift my residence just flats far from my old one.I requested airtel for shifting my airtel broadband connection to my new address by calling up customer care. Thy have said within 5 days your query 'll get resolved and shifting 'll get done, but till nw my complaint not got resolved its already 10 days got over no communication from their end yet to receive. Due to this am suffering alot. I can't able to pay the bills, my official got affected, I dunno what's the problem and dunno why taking tis much time for shifting for just 4 flats from old to new address.
