Airtel — poor treatment of customers | |||
Dear airtel, I regret for having your network. As per my above complaint i had gone to the nearest airtel showroom, which is opposite naupada police station in thane west. To my shock i was rudely back answered as 'no', when i requested them to convert my postpaid service into pre-paid one. Despite me giving the reference of your mail, they simply refused to acknowledge it. Further, they kept on emphasizing that i have to complete 3 months. They even shamelessly asked me to complaint about them. The airtel executive mr. Surendra tried to manhandle me in front of my mother and everyone around. This has greatly hurt me and disturbed my mother to great extent. I therefore, urge you to take strict action against your employee. I do not know the names of the senior executive, as they were not wearing name batch. I hope you take your customers seriously and do the needful.
