Airtel — poor voice network problem

My mobile no., is [protected]. Last couple of month I am facing voice breaking problem inside the house. A surveyor was attend my problem and he did check network from inside and outside of the house. He had admit that time, there are serious problem, the tower is overcrowded. After few days later a system engineer again got entry into my house. He has told me that, after this optimization you will get better sound quality. Yes, that's true. I have got better result for seven or ten days. After that problem is remain same as early. By twitter account I am trying to contact them but they wouldn't give any response.
