[Resolved] Airtel — Port request which was denied by airtel by making mockery | |||||
Respected sir/Madam, I had given request for my no [protected] to be port from Reliance to Airtel on 23rd Dec 2015 to Airtel office. I had paid Rs 50/- for new SIM and I had submitted my photo and documents. Later I had dropped mail to Airtel nodal team, Bihar asking regarding status of my port request in reply of that Divya Kumud from nodal team confirms that although they had received my documents but port request was not initiated by Reliance. I had dropped mail again to Reliance asking about the issue and they confirmed that port code EB716183 initiated is right and no fault lies at their end. I dropped mail again to higher authority of Airtel, The appellate authority of Airtel Bihar and I got a strange reply form Mansi that they haven’t received my documents. While sending back to the same mail of nodal team, I got a mail from Airtel that port request has been initiated, I got SMS too on [protected] that its initiated. Later I had dropped two mail to Airtel regarding status and in reply of that I got same reply its in process. Later I dropped mail on 8th of jan 2016 and Mr. Thomas reply again strangely to provide me all documents and info. I had put a complain to TRAI & Dept of Telecom and in reply of that Miss Nance from Airtel is dropping me mail that they haven’t received my documents for port request. Now where the question comes of not receiving documents when Divya from nodal team confirms on 29th Dec 2015 that they had received my documents. I had gone through a lot of mental suffer in last 1 month and now I am not willing to port to Airtel but what I am looking for compensation for all my mental harrasenment.
