[Resolved] Airtel — Ported number from idea to airtel. Number is inactive for more than 12 hours. | |||||
Hi, I had ported from Idea to Airtel [protected]. I received messages from Airtel that the documents which i submitted has been approved and forwarded the request to Idea for further process and the Idea network has gone away on my number from yesterday midnight, i was waiting for the Airtel signal on my number and till now (after more than 12 hours of downtime), the signal is not there. I had been contacting the customer care through 198 and complaining about this. Everyone is giving me different answers and none of them resolved the issue so far. Can somebody let me know what is happening? The mobile number has been down for more than 12 hours and that is definately not a good sign. -Sathish Was this information helpful? | |||||
