[Resolved]  Airtel — Porting the number and change to postpaid

I sumitted the Submitted the application for porting and prepaid to postpaidon and request for the number (# [protected]) on 6/03/201 I received a message on 25/03/2017 from Airtel saying that once your mobile displays no network please insert the Airtel sim in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details and same day I got and another message that the porting request for mobile no [protected] to Airtel has been validated by Bharti Airtel (GSM).The number will be ported in to Airtel by[protected].
From 25/03/17 morning my Airtel network display disconnected and I inserted the new sim, also I directly contacted the near Airtel customer care center at Egmore . They told me that they will call me my alternate number (.[protected]) But so far there is no information regarding the activation of the sim.

Today i contacted the near Airtel customer care center and they told that the new sim code number sumitted from the Airtel sales department not the correct one.
Today around 3pm I received a call to my alternate number from Airtel[protected] and informed me your connection will be active after 30 munities and 3.24PM I received a message that your service have been set. Please restart your handset. so money times I have done the process (restart) but so far my sim not activated.

Please resolve the issue as it is very important to have this number activated for me.
