Airtel — postpaid bill detail not sending my email id . | |||||
Dear sir, my father using airtel post paid connection, ([protected]) 1st time they gived thease number and, then same number they give another person, after so many struggle they give to this number, now they r telling mobil bill is 1600 sum thing, i said please send me the mobil bill detail to my email id = [protected]@gmail.com, But 20 day completed still they are not sending bill details. My plan is 299. 3 month's bill 900 rs, but they are telling 1600rs something, my contact number is ([protected], [protected]) pls call me this number. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 23, 2017 Marimuthu Dhavamani's response I come to know about this number... its regarding broadband connections...which i had initiated..its mistake..

I had reduced my credit limit to Rs2000/- vide my mail dated 7 June, 2017. Inspite of this fact I had received bill for an amount of Rs. 8954.48 payable in four days. How it could be when my credit limit is of Rs. 2000/-
