Dec bill, Bill no.:[protected], Due amount 3418, One time charges 1878 Jan Bill no.:[protected], Due amount 4663, One time charges 1788 I paid all my previous bills, and December bill 3418 before due date. I want to know why that one time charges of 1878, 1788. I asked many times to customer care from past 3 months, they said they will call me from billing department, but still no response. I want to know each hidden charges that why it was charged?
