Airtel — postpaid number | outgoing call is not working for 6 days | |||
Dear team, This has been my #worstexperience ever with any of the service provider. Outgoing on my post paid number was barred due to late payment. I made the payment on 7th sep afternoon and called the call center to help me on activating the same. The executive took the request and informed number will start working in next few hours (Although the formal tat is longer). Since then i am just calling the call center and same answer from all juniors, seniors, etc but the state remains same. Worst part... Today is the 7th day and the state is same. I was told various things: - on my 3rd or 4th call the person told: previous requests taken were cancelled due to some technical issue but now this request is taken... Does it mean no-one knew in airtel that the call taken got cancelled on its own and the whole conversation was waste of time for both o[censored]s :) - someone told i have escalated now and put remarks - someone told there is an it issue for many customers like you but it will get resolved soon - preference was taken from me few times on whether i would like a call or a message for update... I told call... Not even single call till date - senior executive told me that i will look into it and it will be done (Have sent mail internally to escalate)... But when i asked him why will it work this time as it has not happened from 3-4 days... He had no answer :) and hence i was sure that it will not work even this time... Don't know if this is done purposely or the team is so handicapped despite so many calls/reminder from customer that they just can't do anything. The problem continues even if we restart the phone. Inspite of reporting complaints, no action has been taken.
