My name is aswin rajkumar
I did a recharge for my number through airtel app on 30th of july for rs 399, the recharge got failed but the amount was debited from my icici bank account
When is called back asking the same, airtel customer care informed that the money would refunded back if the recharge fails in 5-7 business days
The amount never came back, so i called airtel again on 18th (I. E after 10 working days) complaining the same and they gave me a reference no conrc[protected] saying that they will look into the issue and i would get a call back
But no one till now has called me back from airtel
So i again contact airtel customer care on 26th aug and spoke to a representative, he said that he would raise another request as the previous request was resolved
When i asked him how can the request be resolved without my confirmation, he said that some one from airtel has called me back, but no one did
Then he gave me an reference no rcrcb[protected], for which till now i have not heard back from airtel
So i called again and spoke to a senior person from airtel named lakshmi, she provided me this email address and asked to drop an email
I contacted my icici bank people escalating the same, they are telling me that the the transaction has been successful from their end and the amount has to be refunded by airtel, after a long conversation, they are asking me for a confirmation from airtel through email stating that they never received the recharge amount
Below is the transaction id through which the amount was taken

Kindly assist in getting my money refunded back or provide me with an email confirmation stating that airtel never received my money for recharge
I raised an escalation through email to nodal office, a person called me and informed that they would contact me back
But no one did call me and closed the complaint now saying that they could not reach me
When i called back airtel customer care again, they are rudely behaving nothing can be done
