    I have received my latest bill of rs. 4009 (Previous also of same amount) for my airtel post paid mobile no. [protected] in which one time roaming charges have been deducted again from my bill. I had taken international roaming for 10 days during my visit to us from 1st to 10th august 2018. I took return flight from there on 11th and very much remember not using phone on 11th. However somehow the bill shows one call in the morning o[censored]s time, and as per your customer care person at 121 the international roaming of rs. 2999 plus taxes have been deducted for that. I would definitely like to contest it as i am sure i did not use it on 11th aug. And it is very unfair to charge such a heavy amount for one call even if it would have been made.

    Please get my bill corrected at an earliest. Else i will have no option than to discontinue my connection from airtel.

      I have my business in dilsukhnagar, hyderabad, for the past few months we are facing lot of network issues, most of the times airtel network is zero... Being in one of the main centre of hyderabad and in this location we are facing airtel network issues, we complained to local airtel office they gave us free advice to change to other operators since portability is available, hope atleast higher office guys can do something... Or else we are forced to change our network operators...

        I was informed by mr. Vivek singh, advisor, m/s. Bharti airtel ltd
        That the update will be communicated on 8th september 2018. But no action has been taken. Because airtel 4ghotspot device is not working, wifi sefvice is not avilable, consequently, i am being forced to go to other service providers to give me service. If airtel are reluctant, i have no other choice except to stop service of airtel for 4g hotspot no.[protected] and tke services of idea or jio or others who assure me of hasstlefree service.

        The device is already not working.and on continued pursuance for solving the problem else deactivate the number and I will opt for alternate service provider.Instead of looking into the customer problems, Airtel found convenient to deactivate the number.Two days back, Airtel representative Mr.Nand Kumar phoned that my number is now active and inquired if any Airtel Engineer visited my place to see the problem ?He was informed none has ever visited even to see the problem.He promised that Airtel team will visit for solving the problem, if required changing the device within 3 days.Now it is 3 days over.I wait for tomorrow .else I will change the Service Provider.I have suffered a lot for loyality for relations with Airtel for over 12 long years.

          Airtel has deducted my balance of rs.205 by fraud. When i check with customer care they said its due to data usage. But i used wifi on my cellphone so mobile data usage can not happen.
          Airtel mobile number - [protected]

          Airtel says they can not refund my account balance. I am using airtel from last many years now end up in very disappointed services so i will be porting my number in jio. Because they have unlimited data plans so atleast this kind of fraud chances are less.

          Also i will be filling a case in consumer court as i have all the wifi data packets router logs saved in my router for proving that my cellphone used wifi and not mobile data.

          IT LOOKS THAT IT IS THE HABIT OF AIRTEL TO SCAM DEDUCT THE BALANCE FROM CUSTOMER MOBILE.
          I HAVE TAKEN THE NODAL OFFICE DETAILS AND I WILL COMPLAINT THERE AND ALSO IN TRAI.
          AIRTEL HAS VERY BAD HISTORY OF DEDUCTING BALANCE AND DOING SCAMS.

            Myself abhishek using airtel network for more than 6 years.
            On 21st of aug 2018 i had claimed for the damaged handset has i was going on the bike i tried to avoid the pot hole i slipped out from the bike and the phone which was in my pocket fell on the road and the bus went on it and the screen was fully damaged. After 2 days i got a call from airtel team stating that kindly upload invoice copy when i upload it again on 25th of aug i got a call stating that your claim has got rejected due to negligence.
            I dont know what was the negligence in this incident and according to airtel secure team if anything happens to our life is fine but we need to take care of mobile than our life. The word negligence what the airtel secure team is using is not at all correct. Kindly check with the claim once again and help to resolve the issue.

              I am change 2g to 4g sim and recharge rs.300/- and advance depost rs118/-
              1- i am request to you coustemcare for give me internate plan rs399/- depost against rs.418/-
              2- you told me, rs.418/- depost but do not give you any internate plane. You charge only voice call
              3- than i am running number and avery month recharge rs.21/- top up for voice call
              4- after some month you deducted more than rs200/- in my account period 5seb night to 6+th seb morning.
              My complain this when rs390/- internate plan for 84 days do not give me against rs418/- than rs.35000/- for84day internate paln _ cut my amount in account.

                  I am parminder singh, using airtel since last 5 years. Since last 2 months i am experiencing worst signal strength of airtel. I am not sending all my messages which i received every time i called at 121180. Every time i am getting same texted documented reply that we will do please give us some bloody time. I talked to mr. Khandelwal, the senior supervisor of delhi ncr location. He is saying that there is need of tower. I cannot understand that how much time i can give to you guys. You are just fake, no help, no support. Please tell me that if i need to do call or do surfing internet then everytime i have to come out of my house and then i will do this. This is not worth of at all. My residence is 1/2782, ram nagar, street no-10, shahdara, delhi-32. Whosoever is seeing this complaint i cannot think that it should be resolved as you cannot do anything apart from making fake adds by okhla approved. I cannot tell in this complaint that how much irritate i am with this airtel. I recharged 448 for three approx months, that all waste of money. Because i cannot use that even in delhi metro, no strength. You are just money makers and nothing else. I request you to send this request to the highest authority if you have guts but you guys cannot do that. Please take care for this request. I am seeking a reply on my phone if some one will take this seriously, other wise i have to take other actions and surely i will do.

                    Dear authorities,

                    On 2nd september 2018 i got a new postpaid number just because my airtel prepaid number could not be converted to postpaid reason unknown.

                    Also that was not given given proper information about the benefits in the plan.
                    Like airtel secure when i called up customer care executive i was informed if something accidentally happens to my phone i can claim for the same through airtel secure via airtel app.

                    On 7th sept i met with an car accident due which my phone got damaged and a requested for claim in airtel app (Airtel secure) on 8th sept i submitted the request.
                    On 9th i received text stating that the subscription cannot be activated as phone was already damaged.

                    I dont understand how can companies fool customers.
                    What is the point of getting the postpaid number when the services with it cannot be provided to us.

                    My car in service center if anybody want to verify the genuinty of the accident also.

                    I am devasted by the thought i was fooled.

                    I request i want my phone to be repaired via airtel secure service.

                      Airtel has blocked my airtel money account from credit and debit. Because my profile information has some problem.. Now iam giving all my kyc details with bank statement but they did not not unblocking it.. Seems like they want to eat my money.. I also told to refund my money to source but they didnot doing it..
                      I have added my money using debit card.. Then they blocked my account..
                      They just giving me exuces.. Seems like they blocked this because they want to stole my money : (

                        I am using airtel postpaid from last 6 years. Since then i am using rs. 199 cug plan. But couple of days back i was facing issues on network connectivity as well as in internet speed. I was totally frustrated what to do. Being a continuous user, i raised many complaints in order to resolve this issue but didn't get any proper resolution, so finally thought of changing the plan to higher ones. As the plans were pretty expensive as compared to new competitors so i decided to port my number to jio. When i raise ticket to port change then immediately i got a call asking sir why are you changing your network, what you need, this that, i said i just want this number because this is my permanent number. I specially mentioned that i am staying in bangalore from last two years (This is rajasthan sim) and never faced such problem since then. Upon convincing me not to deviate from our network he gave me a plan which is a 99 rs plan in which he explained :
                        1. I will give you same cug plan that you are using early
                        2. Its a monthly plan of 99 rs.
                        3. You will get 500 + 300 local + std mins
                        4. 10 gb data monthly
                        I agreed and he said ok sir i am activating this plan and from tomorrow your new plan will be activated.

                        Now after a month i got a bill of 776 rs. Like seriously... The whole thing i wanted was to reduce my bill value from 200 rs to 100 rs and now i am getting a bill of 776. Disgusting.
                        I again raised a complain to customer care that i was wrongly charged (Ticket number :[protected], amanjeet kaur is the representative), then what they said : sir, this is all because you are in roaming network. I was shocked to hear this. It is understood, who will take a non roaming plan if he is in roaming network from last 2 years. I clearly explained that that i am in bangalore from last 2 years than why they gave me this plan. They should clearly tell the plan details before offering any plan.

                        I escalated the issue and ask to talk with higher customer executive. Than after 2 days i got call (You can observe here when asked for porting the number i got a call immediately and for this after 2 days). Name of the higher executive agent was narendra singh bohra.
                        I explained him all things but he said do whatever can be done from your side but we can't refund this amount.

                        I was very disappointed with the service and this fraudulent techniques. This is how they respect there customers. Those customers who are with them from last 6 years. Why should i spend this much on a airtel if i am getting more than this in other network.

                        I need a refund of wrongly charged bill and also a strict action should be taken to those customer care representative who doesn't know how to brief the plan details.

                          Yesterday, i was recharge (₹19) a number [protected] (Airtel) through paytm and paytm shows recharge successful and i also got a message on that number but when i tried to call someone they said your balance is insufficient after that i checked my balance through *123# and it shows a zero balance.
                          Where the money escape, and what is the reason why you cut the balance.
                          Solved this problem as soon as possible.
                          Otherwise i know the better option comprasion this complaint.

                            I requested for a duplicate sim from airtel relationship center, sarjapur road, bangalore. Sim will be activated in 4hrs. Now, it is more than 28hrs over, still the sim is not activated. Arc, sarjapur road did not provide sufficient details due to which re-activation is on hold. The executive is shweta and suresh on the arc, sarjapur road bangalore

                              My name is aswin rajkumar

                              I did a recharge for my number through airtel app on 30th of july for rs 399, the recharge got failed but the amount was debited from my icici bank account

                              When is called back asking the same, airtel customer care informed that the money would refunded back if the recharge fails in 5-7 business days

                              The amount never came back, so i called airtel again on 18th (I. E after 10 working days) complaining the same and they gave me a reference no conrc[protected] saying that they will look into the issue and i would get a call back

                              But no one till now has called me back from airtel

                              So i again contact airtel customer care on 26th aug and spoke to a representative, he said that he would raise another request as the previous request was resolved

                              When i asked him how can the request be resolved without my confirmation, he said that some one from airtel has called me back, but no one did

                              Then he gave me an reference no rcrcb[protected], for which till now i have not heard back from airtel

                              So i called again and spoke to a senior person from airtel named lakshmi, she provided me this email address and asked to drop an email

                              I contacted my icici bank people escalating the same, they are telling me that the the transaction has been successful from their end and the amount has to be refunded by airtel, after a long conversation, they are asking me for a confirmation from airtel through email stating that they never received the recharge amount

                              Below is the transaction id through which the amount was taken

                              Bil/onl/[protected]/citrus pay/airt[protected]/rc

                              Kindly assist in getting my money refunded back or provide me with an email confirmation stating that airtel never received my money for recharge

                              I raised an escalation through email to nodal office, a person called me and informed that they would contact me back

                              But no one did call me and closed the complaint now saying that they could not reach me

                              When i called back airtel customer care again, they are rudely behaving nothing can be done

                                  Dear mr. Nodal officer.

                                  I undersigned mohammad jamshed alam residing from pune. I have been using the mobile number [protected] for last 2 years. I did not face any problem. I have been receiving calls & messages till dated 9th july 2018. I also recharge 199 on 30th july 2018. But without any intimation, airtel has closed my sim. Because of that, i was not able to do my financial banking transaction. Finally, i approach customer care they told me my sim is closed because i have not submitted my document. So the point is that i have been using this
                                  Sim without submission of my document. It shows that how careless is the service of your company. Then after one supervisor (Have recording) from customer care told me that i have to visit your airtel outlets to get new replace sim. Presently i am in aligarh uttar pradesh & visited your outlets. I have received by paying 25 inr on dated 28auguest 2018 with new sim n[protected] attached with aadhar card.in spite of that, the sim is not activated.

                                  I had to make a lot of call to customer care by the other number [protected] to justify & start my number. The executive makes a false
                                  Commitment & not able to solve my problem. I have all the recording
                                  What i communicated with your customer care. So that finally, i want a
                                  Solution to my problems otherwise. I have to take legal action with

                                    It's been 2days i am not able to make or receive calls. Yesterday i was able to make few calls and then today i am not at all able to make calls. What's wrong with this network. If you are not resolving it, i am going to complaint on consumer court.

                                        I am from andheri west mumbai.
                                        I had applied for a broadband connection a few months ago and the airtel technician visited my house. They confirmed all my documentation and asked for installation fee that. I paid them and they said the connection would be done in the next 2 days. No thing happens and my money is not even refunded. When i call the customer care service, they hang up on me.
