Airtel — postpaid paper bill required for 1 month to submit as a address proof

Hi I registered a request at Airtel customer care no. 198. I called them 3 times. on 17 july, 26 july and 1 August 2019, Still My complaint is not resolved. I want a Paper bill of my postpaid Number [protected]. Since 15 days i am trying but customer keeps saying they have lodged my requestBut they dont have the current status.I want a post paid bill to submit at passport office to show Address proof of Current Address which is my postpaid bill. they accept postpaid bill as valid address. Now from past 15 days Airtel is not fulfulling my request of Paper Bill
