My postpaid plan automatically changed without any prior information and without my interest. Now current plan facilities also has not been provided after regular follow ups since one month. I was using 799 plan on my postpaid number with two add on connection free, that has changed without my request to costly plan 999 in which three add on connection available as free, but my regular followup to add my 3rd add on number, not added till date extra bill charged to me.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I am not able to use the internet service of airtel at my place i have called the costumer care time and again but they all say different things and i am not able to use net inside my house it's been 4 days so far and i haven't used the net. It was said by some costumer care specialist and i quote it it's a technical problem from our side. Then they should compensate me for not providing the services.

      Complaint:

      My sister Airtel number +91 9789xxxxxx using for last 8 years a week back she doesn't get signal says emergency call only . Four days back when I called his number someone picking the call. Saying that he bought the number two days back.

      Then I went to nearest Airtel center and reported this they have raised a complaint . And I have send email regarding this complaints

      On 27 July 2019 when I called Airtel customer care and reported this complaint . They said due to no incoming / outgoing / recharge for last 6 months so they block and re distributed the number.. but at the time we complaints the unlimited one month plan as expired on 17 July 2019 only a week after disconnection. And I replied with screen shots of recharge incoming and outgoing calls to [protected]@Airtel.in

      On the next call to customer care regarding this complaint and proof on 27 July 2019 at 11 am they said someone raised damage request from our side because of that they redestributed . One thing I asked is how without existing user proff sim damage is evaluated... How this sim damage request is accepted when existing sim is registered for a person in Vellore. To the same damage number to the person some where ..

      After some conversation they replied..they have send a complient to the showroom who distributed the Sim and they said you will surely get the reply call on 29 July 2019...

      I waited a whole day ..I didn't got any call/mail/message regarding this ..so today 30 July 2019 called to customer care about this.

      First person who took the call said they they don't have old proof person(my sister) record in their database for that number.. and again I revised long story what happens with them on 27 July 2019.. and then they transferred call to different person ..

      That person again I recalled long story what happen from this conversation.. and they said. They will raise a complaint with Airtel store who redistribute the number.

      And again I said what about the complaint raised on 27 July 2019..

      They said there is no complaint like that..and then they replied. They will surely come up with this in 48 hours (2 days)

      I don't what happening with Airtel with their customer support, their system and records...

        Seven days before i installed airtel broad connection after paying one year advance rental Rs 9617/- . Very next day i complaint regarding frequent fluctuations in data speed and land line was not working. On 26/07/19 i received email stating 50 % data consumed on 27/07/19 i contacted customer care they said 75% data used and confirmed i am downloading data from 5am till 12am daily means we are sleeping only five hours a day and not going to office only using internet. again i emailed stating please resolve issue else disconnect my connection. Today i received email saying Airtel is disconnecting my connection and as per there process they will not refund my money. Means my Rs 9617/- lost in seven days.
        Please help.

          I have lost my sim, so i gone to airtel store for duplicate sim on 29th july to airtel store vidyanagar hubli, they have issued new duplicate sim for mobile number [protected], they have assured me on 29th july that it will activate in 4 hours, but its been two days, sim didn't get activated i have called them and they again assured me that it will activate by today evening. So far they didn;t responded. Due to this delay, it costed me losses i didn't expected this from airtel and airtel store. These kind of service is pathetic and disgusting. I am sure that you will solve the issue as soon as possible.

            Dear Sir,
            I was recharge on the Airtel Mobile Number [protected] on dated 17.6.19 through Net Banking of ICICI Bank Account Number[protected], but it has not been recharged and my amount has been deducted.

            The next day on 18.06.2019, the same number was recharged through net banking of SBI Bank vide account no. [protected], the same problem, recharged not done and the amount of my account was deducted.

            I complained to the bank that amount should refund my account. The bank has responded with a request that you have given money to Airtel.

            I am calling to customer care many time, but their is no positive response.

            you are requested kindly look into the matter and refund my amount.

              Dear concern,

              My data/internet usage related issue is still pending, i am using internet on other prepaid connection @200/month, while i have airtel postpaid connection and i am paying near about inr 450/month to airtel for voice and data services but i am availing only voice service since i ported in airtel. As airtel made an offer to me to to provide uninterrupted service at all but now i realized that airtel is faild to fulfill their commitment.
              So my question to airtel is that, why i must pay you full bill to airtel? While i am not able to use your data service, for this i am paying 200/month to other provider (Prepaid connection).

              How much time will you take to resolve the issue.

              Please give deduction of inr200/month in my bill till then this issue not resolved completely. I am not interested to pay you extra money for that services which are i am not using on your network.
              My first bill genetared of inr 571.00 and i have made full payment, adjust inr 200.00 in next/current bill.

              Dear sir,
              I place a order for airtel dth set of box online . payment already done but after 2 days m not receive the set of box. no installation after 2 days no information receive about the se of box .the service is very poor before the installation.so please I want to cancel my order
              I have made recharge of rs129 on mobile number [protected] on dated 19.07.2019. recharge successful but benifits not received.
              My Airtel prepaid sim is not working when ever I go out of Karnataka circle for roaming.

              Facing bad response from customer care as well.

              Airtel can u give a solution as I am a frequent traveller.

                Hello,

                It has come to my notice that the outstanding amount my airtel number is nearly 3500 and my plan is infinity family plan 499/- and i would like to inform you that everything is unlimited such as outgoing calls, sms service, and the internet.

                1. How can you ppl charge extra for the unlimited plan?
                2. If my credit limit is of 1000/- how can be the bill of 3500/-?
                3. If sms services is chargeable, why don't you people said it while taking the connection?

                Apart from this, in order to get clear information about the bill i have reached the airtel store, your staff keep telling the same thing again and again.

                I am ready to pay for monthly bill amount i. E of 499 + taxes applicable

                Kindly treat the issue on priority basis and do the needfull

                  Dear all,

                  I have been using Postpaid connection with number [protected] for the past 10 years. I have paid money even during my stay in other country for more than 3 years out of the 10 yrs o[censored]sage.

                  Of late, from past 4 months, I am going through miserable experience with the Airtel connectivity at my home. Not only at home even when go outside, the connectivity is not fair. It is so pathetic that every call coming to this number has to be disconnected and call the incoming number using a different phone with Jio or BSNL sim. It is a loss of time, cost as well. Due to poor connectivity, I am not able to use the mobile data also. I have forgone almost 500GB data un used earlier. Now again I have almost 500 GB accumulated.

                  Is this is not an indirect way of cheating customers?. Taking money and do not let the customer to use the services. In fact, more than the loss of money, it gives a terrible mental agony at times when there is an emergency call and no other means readily available.

                  This problem is not just to me. Many of my freind and collegues all are complaining the same.
                  What really went wrong with the AIRTEL efficiency. Why the Govt of India or TRAI is not taking up the issues on a serious note.

                  The stringent regulations that TRAI has put in to place earlier seems to be weakened of late.

                  These days the marketing calls are coming with number that can not be identifies as earlier.. calls starting with 911... use to be marketing calls and people easily avoid taking those calls. why there is slip in the rules implementation.
                  For the past 10 years at an average of Rs 600+ per month paid by me to Airtel (Rs72000).

                  Over all the Airtel service is really falling down.

                  Sir am very disappointed from oneairtel wesite and blocking my internet browsing with error airtel app website .with every renewal data recharge suddenly entering between browsing and blocked for airtel one cofirm with error app airtel website.
                  I sent sms also but they are ignored and continued disturbed.

                  Last monday i went to airtel store for e mailupdate
                  but its been a week my e mail has not been updated
                  i have provided them the documents and mailed also talked with customer care

                    Hi this is Anandavel from Chennai. I was registered to get a landline for a shop. Which is to be 499 RS plan. But the installation was not done properly. Then after few days they came and activated on because of our request as there was a bill generated with out the installation. So then they came for installation. Where they activated RS 999 plan. Which was not asked by us. Now they are telling it is sent to me by sms, which was not noticed by me. Now I asked for wavier on 999 to 499 bill. Then to change the plan to 499. But calling me and use unprofessional words from [protected].

                      I've ported my no.[[protected]] from tata docomo to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to do any calls or messages to my number, my earlier tata docomo no. Has become inactve since 25th jul morning. I have contacted to airtel store & customer care both are unable to resolve the issue. "we have forwarded your complaint to next level" is the reply i am getting from every where.
                      I have "only this one contact no." with me. Which is inactive since last 6 days.

                      Very frustrated and disappointed with this kind of service.

                          Airtel charged me 448 rupees for making isd calls, which i've never dialled.

                          I posted the same thing on twitter as well but the customer service people are saying those are valid. I'm not sure how this worked and i want get a new bill for the past month without those invalid isd calls.

                          I found the numbers displayed on bill to be spam as i've searched for it on google

                            From docomo 3g i had ported to airtel 4g by believing those ads of airtel "fastest 4g" but airtel 4g is #... * airtel for cheating customers my older docomo 3g was faster then this # airtel 4g. Even if there is 4 bar signal at my locality but the speed is always less thwn 100kbps i swear. Wtf airtel eat # i recommend all my friends not to chose airtel and they thank me for that because airtel is really #. And at certain time there is no 4g and i should suffer in airtel 3g which is worse then 2g. Mofo airtel i pay you for good 4g not for #ty 4g and 3g and your customer care support has no solution for this problem so airtel is utter #

                              By accidentally i again recharged with rs. 129..
                              I want to restore my amount 129..

                                My sisters' number is of mp/cg circle. When she came to bangalore 3 weeks back, sim went to out of network coverage. We contacted customer support 2 times but didn't receive any help as they just said it will be working within few days. Then we visited to airtel outlet which is in itpl, bangalore on 25th july, they have given another sim and said it will be working within 4 hrs but it didn't started working after one day so again i visited there and there said sorry, now it will be activated in 4 hrs and now today it's 29th july, neither old sim working nor the new sim get activated and when again i visited the same outlet they said number not get activated bcoz of father's name mismatch and also they told that someone might have typed it by mistake and now it will take another 7 working days if i would provide them some docs.

                                So what's is our fault here? Which kind of service airtel started providing?
                                We got fed up with this worst service

                                  I am facing very bad experience with the Airtel Broad band customer care team.

                                  I have joined in new office which is very near to my own house. So I have shifting to their from present location. So I asked Airtel Customer care executive to disconnect the broad band internet connection because my 12 months plan is going to exhaust.

                                  immediately the executive asked the reason why I am going to disconnect the connection.

                                  I explained him saying that I am shifting to new location which is at address
                                  House no 4-96, Rajireddy colony, Dammaiguda, 500083 Pin Code. and also building construction work is in under progress and it will takes another 3months of time to finish the construction. in this condition I am unable to use internet over their.

                                  the customer care executive him self convinced to take safe custardy option for 3 months and the connection shifting request after 3moths. to do these process and 12months plan, from reconnection date to 12 months, they asked to pay 3976/- Indian rupees.

                                  I asked him to check for the connection possibilities at new location and also for 40mbps speed. and he confirmed me both connection and net speed 40mbps.

                                  after taking confirmation from Airtel customer care executive I have paid the amount.

                                  After 2.5 months I have called for a re-connection they said it will be connected on 13 Saturday July 2019, I am waiting for it . now the customer executive called and said that there is no connection possibilities in your new location, and they are forcing me to confirm the disconnection request.

                                  I have browsed in online about Airtel broadband connections in my new location and it is their beside my colony (PS Rao Nager 500083 pin code )which is next to my lane.

                                  Immediately called to customer care and asked to connect it. But they are regretting for it. Because they did something wrong past communication with customer care.


                                  Please look into it for good relationship with customers. ( lot of conversations are also their with customer care from last MAY 2019 please check)

                                  I have paid amount in advance on 29 MAY 2019 of Indian Rupees RS 3967/- without using any service from Airtel Broadband.and Airtel is confirmed that in phone call with customer care executive 3976/- Rs full amount will be Refunded in 45days these conversation is happened on 16th July 2019.

                                  now every day they are calling and saying that they will pay only balance excess amount of Rs. 1722.28/-. which is not correct. without providing connection and service to customer, they are deducting the amount which I have paid in advance. they are simply creating problems to customers. and delaying refund amount.

                                    I have been facing the issue with internet from past 30 days. I am not able use the internet and nobody is responding.
                                    I have called customer care multiple times and every time the same response that they will resolve this issue in 24 hrs of time.
                                    The service guys don't pick my calls. I have paid for 6 months and till now used only for 1 month.

                                      This is with regard to my dth (Mobile number [protected]) which had not been working for almost 10 days. I am not able to get the channels which i had paid for. I am getting a message that due to bad weather. I wish to sate that my neighbors are getting the channels. How come i am not getting the channels. I made several complaints but till now it has not been rectified. The latest complaint i made was on 28 jul and i was told that the complaint will be rectified and the technician would come and i need not pay any money as the fault is from your side. To my surprise i was stunned to witness the behaviour of your technician mr parthiban on the phone. He used such indecent words and said nothing will be done until the money is paid. I told him this is what your staff had told me on the phone of not paying any money to the technician. He used abuse language. I have never witnessed such unruly behaviour. If i could witness this behaviour from you staff. Can you imagine will be our fate if he is allowed in the house. I have been getting good service from your broad band staff when they come and rectify a fault

                                      I hope you will depute respectable staff when they come and attend to our problems

                                      Phone number [protected] Recharged Airtel money wallet through phone pe.Money got deducted from account but was not credited into Airtel money wallet.plz do the required investigation and solve the issue.
