Hello sir,

I did a recharge of ₹200 for airtel dth. The amount has got deducted from bank account, where as it is not reflecting in airtel dth balance. I called up customer care and they informed after 2 hrs it will reflect. After 2 hrs it was not updated, again i called them up and they informed it takes 24 hrs to reflect. I don't get consistent answer from customer care not any step taken from them to correct the issue....

Hi team, i have done succesful prepaid recharge theough amazon got opertaor reference number as well. However airtel not accepting that. Amazon confirmed that opertaor reference number always issued from airtel once recharge succesful. Now airtel can see that reference number. In between my money has lost....
