Airtel — postpaid service issue | |||
Hi, I’ve converted from airtel prepaid to postpaid on 13-nov-2017 and prepaid sim was deactivated on 15-nov-2017 and still my new connection is not yet activated. I am continuously following up with airtel customer care and store people but no response from 4 days. Really very much disappointed with india’s fastest network like airtel and didn’t expect this type of service. Please look into my request and do the needful asap. Below are my details.
